search for a Home and Auto Insurance Sales Agent to work remotely in the
U.S. only. These agents must have lead referral sources (Realtors,
Mortgage Agents, Etc.) that refer clients to them who have a need for
HOME Insurance.

JOB TYPE: FT; MUST be a U.S. citizen

CARRIERS: Home, Auto, Flood, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
 Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients; needs.
 Grow processes for attracting new clients.
 Expand business reach through networking techniques.
 Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
 Track and identify areas of improvement.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 220 License/Producer License (Remote)
 440 License/Customer Service License (works in the Agency).
 Previous Insurance experience in sales and/or customer service.
 Highly motivated.
 Ability to build rapport with clients.
 Strong negotiation skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to prioritize and multitask.

​Salary ranges: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements: Computer, High-speed Internet access and a home office set-up.
