search for a Virtual Insurance Agent to work in the U.S. only.

OVERVIEW: Help to grow the office by offering products that people need
for their security and peace of mind. Pursue and respond to the requests
and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance.

As a Virtual Insurance Sales Agent, you will be trained to act as a consultant for
businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most
appropriate means of meeting those needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
 Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead
sources.
 Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes
sales.
 Grow ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents,
Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
 Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
 Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity
including financial products.
 Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and
compliance requirements.
 Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral
sources. Generate insurance quotes.
 Provide exceptional customer service.
 Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Property and Casualty license is preferred but training will be
provided.
 Interested in a sales career, sales experience is preferred.
 No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn.
 Be outstanding at relationship building.
 Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful
and be coachable.
 Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
 Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
 Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
 Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
 Professional phone etiquette.
 Problem-solving capabilities.
 Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

​Salary ranges: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements: Computer, High-speed Internet access and a home office set-up.
