Virtual Insurance Sales Associate

for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Insurance Sales Associate to
work in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

DAILY FUNCTIONS:
 Helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that
people need for their security and peace of mind.
 Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
 Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead
sources.
 Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes
sales.
 Advance ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents,
Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
 Be outstanding at relationship building.
 Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Interested in a sales career, sales experience is preferred.
 Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful
and be coachable.
 Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
 Create relationships from a cold start.
 Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
 Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
 Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
 Professional phone etiquette.

​Salary ranges: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements: Computer, High-speed Internet access and a home office set-up.
